In her second season of starting, Pella Junior Madison Naig was perhaps the most consistent starter and scorer for the Lady Dutch in 2019-20, and earned a spot on the KNIA/KRLS All-Girls Basketball Team. Naig averaged 12.3 points per game and scored 39 points in two playoff contests. Naig is a two-time second team All-Little Hawkeye Conference honoree.

Two Pella players were key this season for the Lady Dutch to earn a winning season, and earned honorable mention. Junior Faith Diers scored 10.3 points per game and made 35 three pointers, while Freshman Jasmine Namminga averaged 7.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Diers was a second team All-Little Hawkeye Conference selection this season.
