The PCM Boys track and field team is anxiously awaiting the start of the 2020 season. If it does resume eventually, they will have some building to do. After graduating 17 seniors from last year’s team, only a handful of upperclassmen remain. Head Coach Collin Harrison says that the focus this year will be to get the underclassmen as many reps as possible and try to build for the future.

“We’re going to do, maybe not quite as well as we did with the team points as we did last year, just because depth and inexperience. Last year we had like 17 seniors or so, so that makes it so you have a lot of depth and a lot of stuff like that with experienced guys, where this year it’s going to be a little different because it’s a lot of younger guys. So our goal this year is just to have everybody constantly improve.”

If the season resumes on May 1st, the first meet the Mustangs would take part in is at North Polk on May 4th.
