The city of Knoxville has partnered local community businesses, churches, and civic groups to create the COVID-19 Neighbor Helping Neighbor Program. The program gives Knoxville residents a way to check on each other and ensure everyone is doing OK with three sheets of paper colored Green which means everything is OK, Yellow means a need that should be addressed in the next 72 hours, and red a need that should be addressed in the next 24 hours.
