A Knoxville Man was arrested recently after he allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl. According to court documents, law enforcement officers responded to the report of alleged sexual abuse that involved 22-year-old Keanu Cowman-Myers of Knoxville and a 15-year-old female. During the investigation, the victim confirmed to officers that she had sexual intercourse with Cowman-Myers multiple times.

Officers also listened to a recorded phone conversation with Cowman-Myers and the victim’s mother, in which Cowman-Myers told the victim’s mother that he knew having sex with the victim was wrong, and that he had never intended to do it, but did. Cowman-Myers was arrested and charged with sexual abuse 3rd degree, a class C felony.
