The Knoxville Public Library has announced they are now offering curbside pickup. Cardholders  can place their items on hold online using the library’s card catalog. Anyone wanting to take advantage of the service will need a library card and pin number to place holds. The library will call you to schedule a pickup of your items once the hold is placed. Knoxville Public Library Director Roslin Thompson tells KNIA/KRLS News the library is taking precautions to provide the service while also staying socially distant and safe. She says the pickup will be a contactless pickup and the library staff will stay behind closed doors to stay safe while residents pick up their items.
