With the 2020 seniors set to graduate, the Indianola girls track and field squad will have to look for the current sophomores and juniors to step up into leadership roles. Head coach Kim Arndt tells KNIA News this year’s seniors brought such a unique experience to the squad.

“Next year’s juniors have big shoes to fill, because this class didn’t only lead, they were a class act. They did things right, they are great people, great teammates, did a great job in the classroom and the community. They were just a really unique, super group of young ladies.”

The Indians graduate six seniors from the 2020 class.
