Knoxville senior Blaise Hubler has decided to take his football talents to Iowa Central Community College to play for the Tritons. Hubler had originally committed to William Penn to be a part of the men’s bowling program, but he got to thinking about how he would miss playing football, and had a change of heart.

Hubler:
“I was thinking about all the good times I had at Ken Locke Stadium, and it’s a great place to play. I just couldn’t bring myself to not play football again. So I talked to my mom and dad and said ‘we need to change this. I’m not going to not play football.”

Hubler says Iowa Central made him feel comfortable not only with his football decision but also with academics as well. Hubler was a starter on the offensive line this past fall for the 6-3 Knoxville Football Squad.
