Local spring sports coaches are trying to find words of comfort for their athletes that missed out on a spring sports season this year. Many also have to find words to reassure their seniors about moving forward and learning a valuable lesson moving forward. Melcher-Dallas Girls Track and Field Coach Amy Stuart tells KNIA Sports her three seniors will move on, and they can learn a valuable lesson in the process.

Stuart:
“How we respond and how we move on makes us the people that we are. Even though we’re devidates we didn’t get to do this, we can move onto bigger and better things in our life.”
