Twin Cedars Athlete Hunter McCombs was looking forward to the track and field season for the Sabers. It was another chance to wear blue and white competitively for the senior and the Sabers were bringing in a new coach in Marty Duffy. McCombs tells KRLS Sports the most disappointing thing this season being cancelled was the amount of younger runners on the team and their potential.

McCombs:
“We had a lot of young kids and seeing how it was going to be with the atmosphere of the team. It was very disappointing finding out we were not going to be able to race at all. Our new coach, he’s a great guy and it was going to be fun this season.”
