The Knoxville Community School District announced Wednesday their plans for graduation. This year’s Knoxville High School Graduation Ceremony will be held Sunday, June 28th at the Knoxville Raceway. Gates will open at 4 p.m. with families asked to sit together and leave four open seats between different households. Attendees will enter through the southside of the grandstand and elevators will be available, however the public restrooms will not be. Due to limited parking, students will need to be dropped off on the south side of Dyer Hudson Hall no later than 3 p.m. Rehearsal will be held Tuesday, June 23rd at 11:30 a.m. A professional class photo and individual photos will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. with class members and staff only.

The final decision on the graduation ceremony will need to be made by June 8th in partnership with Marion County Emergency Management, Marion County Public Health, Knoxville Raceway, and Knoxville CSD. The district says they have planned a potential make-up date of July 26th at 5 p.m.
