This year’s Pleasantville Pig Out has been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Pleasantville City Administrator Joe Mrstik the city would still like to do something city wide once the state’s recommendations allow for it, but until then the city will choose to take the safest route for its citizens. Mrstik says as of now no decision has been made regarding this year’s Pleasantville 4th of July Celebration, but he expects a decision will be made in the near future.
