It’s time for another look back at some recent history for our area schools. This week last year, the Pleasantville boys track and field team traveled to State Center for the district meet. Two Trojans earned their way to the blue oval, with one automatic bid and one at-large selection.

Junior Cale Anthony qualified in the shot put with a second place throw of 46-10.00. That earned him the automatic bid to Drake Stadium.

The at-large selection was Triston Mount, who placed third in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.60.
