The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. The meeting began with Mayor Brian Hatch reading National EMS Week and National Public Works Week proclamations. 

The council approved a resolution, setting a date for the sale of General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, and authorizing the use of a preliminary official statement in connection. They approved a Biosolids Hauling Contract for the Water Reclamation Facility as well as approved pay application number one for the Roche Street Culvert Replacement Project.
