One year ago the Pella Christian Girls Tennis team made the trek to the state meet as a team in Class 1A, navigating several challenging teams throughout the regular season.

Seniors Lizzy Posthuma and Morgan Bush were key members of that group and their push into the final eight in Iowa, and took part in a pivotal match that allowed the Eagles to beat Ballard 5-4 to advance.
