With the baseball season not the norm for any team in the state, the Indianola baseball team is relying on its seniors to help keep the team focused and ready to play. Head coach Casey Aldridge tells KNIA Sports his guys know what is expected of them, and they do their jobs admirably.
“When you have a group of seniors, a large and good group of seniors who know what to expect from our program. They know how our practices are ran and the expectations, it makes a big difference. Especially when we have some younger kids who we are trying to build up too. They are doing a good job, and practices have been going really well.”
The Indians get their season started on Monday against Newton.
