A West Des Moines man was arrested Saturday following an incident which occurred in February. According to court documents on February 7th, 43-year-old Mitchell Parker of West Des Moines allegedly broke into a home in the 100 block of Cinder Avenue in Harvey. Parker had been at the residence the day before to do work for the victim. Parker allegedly came to the home the next day and took five tables and an electric sound bar. The tables and electric sound bar were later located in a vehicle Parker was driving that upon investigation was found not to be his. Parker was arrested and charged with burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony as well as operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor.
