The Indianola City Code pertaining to grass, brush, and weeds on lawns. City code states that all dense growth of weeds, vines, brush, or other vegetation institutes a health and fire safety hazard, and code mandates grass growth can be no higher than six inches in height unless determined by the City Council to be a planned and maintained prairie stand.
