The Knoxville Public Library will hold their next online event for children and families as part of the Summer Reading Program today. The library will feature a Laser Science Show that will be posted on the library’s website from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. According to the library, the show will expose people to chemical reactions as well as walk viewers through how heat can create sound. They will play with highly flammable powder, and get messy with ink as well as create a soda explosion indoors and introduce viewers to what a high powered laser can do.
