The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will host a special Knoxville landlord informational meeting today from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. that will be held via Zoom. All Knoxville landlords are invited to attend the virtual informational meeting. The meeting follows recent discussions from Knoxville City Council regarding the implementation of a potential rental inspection program in the city. The meeting will feature city staff explaining how the program will work and to answer any questions landlords may have. The chamber advises residents that the meeting is not the time to argue for or against the program, just a time to learn more before the July 6th city council meeting.
