21st Century Rehab and the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will host a free Women’s Health “Facebook Live” Workshop tomorrow. The workshop is for anyone dealing with pelvic floor problems or incontinence and is for women of any age. The workshop will be live streamed only on the Facebook pages of 21st Century Rehab, Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, and Wayne County Hospital tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Information provided during the program includes understanding the types and causes of incontinence, learning what you can do to effectively treat it and understanding how physical therapy can provide natural healing. Presenters that will conduct the workshop include Doctors Jessica Stickel and Lauren Plum with 21st Century Rehab.
