Registered voters can now request an Absentee Ballot Request Form from their county auditor for the November 3rd election. Warren County Auditor Traci Vanderlinden tells KNIA News to request an Absentee Ballot Request Form you may call your local auditor’s office, or send in a written request. Vanderlinden also said forms can be printed and turned in by making an appointment, but the actual ballots will not be ready until October.
In order to be registered to vote, you must be a US Citizen, an Iowa resident, and be at least 17 years old if you will turn 18 by election day, with registration available at a county auditor’s office or online. For more information, tune in to today’s Let’s Talk Indianola.
