The Jasper Street construction project in Pleasantville is nearing completion. City Administrator Joe Mrstik says that residents can expect a fully open roadway by August, and will once again provide easy access to downtown businesses.

The project has been in the works for nearly three years, and will give motorists an easier and wider path through the center of the city.
