The Indianola City Council met in regular session Monday evening, approving the first consideration of an ordinance to repeal the three-hour parking regulations on and around the square, as well as allowing for language regarding construction parking. The council approved the nominations to the Hometown Pride Committee and Memorial Aquatic Center Commission, approved the second consideration of an ordinance regarding sewer connection district fees, received an annual report from IMU, and went into closed session to discuss the purchase or sale of real estate.
