The Central College football team pulled off the biggest comeback in program history to earn its first playoff victory in 12 years, a 38-37 overtime stunner over the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on November 23rd.

The Dutch roared back from a 31-7 halftime deficit, tying the game with just 16 seconds remaining.

Central’s season ended a week later with a 49-13 loss to third-ranked Wheaton of Illinois. The Dutch finished 2019 with a 10-2 record, and the program’s first conference championship in 10 years.
