The City of Indianola has stayed steady since the latest update at 144 cases of COVID-19 within city limits and a growth of one additional case not within city limits but within the Indianola Fire District, for a total of 178 cases to affect the city.

According to the Iowa Department of Public Health, Warren County has seen a growth of 19 cases since the last update on August 3rd, showing 546 cases in the county with 320 recoveries to drop active cases from 283 to 226. The growth of 19 cases is the smallest four-day growth for the county since early July.

The latest Marion County Situation Report shows a growth of only seven new cases since the most recent update on August 3rd, bringing the total to 188 cases within the county. Marion County has seen another drop in active cases as well, dropping 10 active cases in the past week for a total of 20.
