Three more nights of racing begin tonight at the Knoxville Raceway. In place of the usual Knoxville Nationals, two different events will be held. “The ONE and Only” with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series will run tonight and tomorrow. Results throughout the two nights will determine drivers’ starting positions for Saturday’s $50,000-to-win Brownell’s Capitani Classic presented by Great Southern Bank.

95.3 and 94.3 KNIA will have live coverage of all the racing this weekend. Live Trackside starts at 5:00, which sets the scene for the night and airs interviews with drivers and officials. Race Nights Live starts at 7:00 p.m., with live flag-to-flag coverage through the final checkered flag of all three nights. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will be on site playing music, and staff will provide updates throughout the day on events and activities at the raceway.
