It may not be the Knoxville Nationals, but 70 sprint car drivers will be racing in Knoxville this weekend in the One and Only/Capitani Classic at the Knoxville Raceway. While the 60th Nationals will be in 2021, this unique event will pay $50,000 to the winner on Saturday. Since this is a World of Outlaws sanctioned event, all of the full time Outlaw drivers will be racing including last year’s Nationals winner David Gravel, who has a win at Knoxville back in May. Also ten time Knoxville Nationals Winner Donny Schatz, along with Sheldon Hauenschild, Carson Macedo, Brad Sweet and others. Two drivers are on the entry list from Pennsylvania as Danny Dietrich, and Sye Lynch are entered. Also entered is nearly all of the Knoxville 410 weekly drivers, plus Kyle Larson, who has a three event winning streak at the Knoxville Raceway is also entered.
