Pella Regional Health Center is partnering with other community health providers to update the 2017 Community Health Needs Assessment. With this required update, they need feedback and suggestions regarding healthcare delivery in the area community from patients and residents.

A short survey is available online at www.PellaHealth.org/CHNA/ for the public to complete. The survey will be open until August 31st. All responses will be confidential.

“We appreciate the time and support patients and families will give to complete this survey,” said Bob Kroese, CEO. “The survey is a requirement that not-for-profit hospitals must do at least every three years, and we appreciate the feedback that we receive.”
