The first Knoxville home football game of the season is tonight, and Activities Director Ryan Paulsen is reminding everyone who attends tonight’s game that there are restrictions in place.
Face coverings are required for all spectators, social distancing must be followed, and students in 6th grade and younger must sit with their parents. 7th and 8th grade students are allowed to sit either with their parents or behind the high school students on the south end of the bleachers.
Senior Night festivities will also be taking place. Seniors and their parents in football, football cheerleading, dance team, cross country, and girls swimming will be recognized at 7:00 p.m. Marching band seniors and parents will be recognized at halftime.
Spectators who leave the stadium after 7:15 p.m. will not be allowed back in, except for marching band students who go to the high school after halftime and return to watch the rest of the game.
To eliminate congestion on the gravel road on the west side of Ken Locke Stadium, the road will become one-way southbound during the game.
Fans can listen to the game between the Knoxville Panthers and Keokuk Chiefs on 95.3 KNIA beginning with pregame coverage at 6:30 p.m.
