The Indianola Parks and Rec Tunes and Treats concert scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed due to weather, and will debut next week. Becky Lane with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News the goal of the Tunes and Treats series is to give older residents who may not get out to see music much a chance to attend a concert, and hosting a daytime concert every couple of months is a fun way to go about it. The performances begin next Friday with Gina Gedler and Ben Hagen from 2-3pm. Limited seating will be available, or concert goers can bring a lawn chair. Social distancing will be practiced, and a mask is recommended.
