The Melcher-Dallas Volleyball Squad swept Moulton-Udell for the second time in a week’s time dominating the match 25-13, 25-8, and 25-10. Coach Jesyka Nolte was very happy with how her team played, going a combined 69/71 serving being led by Kenzie Smith going 13/13 and five aces, she also led in kills with 13. Riley Enfield dealt out 19 assists. Melcher-Dallas is now 4-0 and will travel to Seymour Monday night. The Melcher-Dallas Football Squad will look for its first win of the season on the road against Martensdale-St. Mary’s tonight. The Saints have lost their first two games to Mormon Trail and last week falling to Murray. This will not be easy as the Blue Devils have outscored their opponents in the first two weeks of play 132-46 including last week’s 68-0 drubbing of Seymour as Martensdale-St. Mary’s lit up the night sky for 305 yards through the air. Saints Coach Pat Ferguson tells KNIA Sports he wants his team to play well and be ready to go tonight. Kick off is scheduled for 7:00pm.
