The Melcher-Dallas Football Squad played with Martensdale-St. Mary’s for a half on Friday night. The Saints trailed 35-24 at the break, but the Blue Devils outscored the Saints 39-7 in the second half. Coach Pat Ferguson told KNIA Sports his team played a great first half, but it came down to Martensdale-St. Mary’s putting the clamps down in the second half. Melcher-Dallas is 0-3 and will host Seymour for Homecoming next week.
