Pella Regional Health Center has made changes to leadership among staff in the hospital. Jody Van Veen is the new Chief Nursing Officer and Tracey Hall has moved to the role of Emergency Department Director. As Van Veen joins the administrative team, she becomes responsible for all nursing departments at Pella Regional including Emergency, Home Health, Hospice, Medical/Surgical/Intensive Care, Obstetrics, Surgery and Wound Care. She is also accountable for Case Management and Quality. Van Veen was most recently the Director of Obstetrics at Pella Regional. Hall’s new position is responsible for the direction and coordination of the Emergency Department. Hall most recently worked at Pella Regional as an Emergency Department Team Leader. Hall also served as co-chairman of the Pella Regional Health Center Emergency Management Committee and served as the hospital vice-chair for the Service Area 1C Healthcare Emergency Response Coalition.
