Bands from across central Iowa participated in the annual Marching Dutch Invitational Saturday at Pella High School.
While the roster of participating ensembles was reduced, many performed in competition, including Indianola, who placed 3rd overall with a score of 82.6, with Color Guard in 1st place and Percussion 2nd. Pella High School performed in exhibition to end the evening’s festivities. The Marching Dutch are off until the Valleyfest Showdown on October 10th in West Des Moines.
