The Trojan boys and girls hit the road this week for a meet at Chariton later today. The event will take place at Red Haw State Park, just east of town along Highway 34.

Head Coach Aaron Fichter and his squads have mellowed out a little bit since hitting their peak three weeks ago at Central Decatur. It doesn’t help that his best boy, Devon Luing, got injured two weeks ago in their home meet, hindering his performance. Fichter does believe this will be the meet Luing gets back to full health and into that top five conversation. For the girls, Hailee McCormick went from fifth to tenth in the last two meets, so she’s looking for a solid bounce back performance.
