Webb Shadle Memorial Library in Pleasantville is holding a Take and Decorate Pumpkin Extravaganza later this month. Director JoEllen Glick tells KNIA/KRLS News that it’s typically an in-person painting event, but will not be held in its usual form this year due to safety concerns.

Pumpkins and painting supplies will be available for pickup at the library between 10:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday, October 17th. Families will decorate pumpkins at home and send photos of the finished work to the library via email or Facebook.
