The Indianola Public Library has altered their fall hours to be open later in the evening, as well as added curbside delivery hours on weekends. The library will now be open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and additional curbside delivery only hours on Sunday from 1-5pm. Library Director Michele Patrick tells KNIA News the curbside delivery program was initiated in April on a limited basis, but after overwhelmingly positive feedback the program was expanded.

“We will be opening late on Thursday nights, and then in addition on Sunday afternoons from 1-5pm we will have curbside pickup only. So the building will not be open but people will be able to access things they have put on hold whether that be books, games, puzzles, we have lots of things people can put on hold. We will bring those out to them through the curbside pickup.”
