The second of two Ridin’ with Biden campaign caravans takes place this Saturday in Knoxville. At 9:30 a.m., participants will meet to decorate vehicles. The caravan will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will tour around the city.

Participants will meet behind the Mr. C’s parking lot on Highway 14. Masks are encouraged and social distancing will be followed.
