The Knoxville School Board met in regular session Monday. The board approved the acceptance of a bid from Motor Inn Auto Group for a 2021 Chevrolet 2500 regular cab pickup. The board approved moving to Tier 2 of the District Facility Usage Plan for outside organizations, allowing indoor facilities to be used for groups of 25 or fewer, effective November 1st.

The board approved a project quote from MTS Contracting for Masonry Work. The board elected new officers, taking effect in the next meeting. Cheri Gerdes was elected President, and Larry Scott was elected Vice President.

The next Knoxville School Board meeting will be November 9th at 5:30 p.m.
