Twin Cedars Runner Rylee Dunkin will run at the State Cross Country Meet for the second time in as many years on Saturday. Dunkin, who was an all-state runner last season after placing seventh as a freshman hopes to finish higher this year in Fort Dodge and will lean on the fact that she has been there and done that and the fear of the unknown will not creep up on her this year.

Dunkin:
“Now that I’ve done it once, I know what to expect and know what will happen. I love representing our school and just going up there and running is fun and I want to get better than the top seven.”

Dunkin will run her class 1A race on Saturday at 3:30. Hear more from Dunkin on Wednesday’s Radio Sports Page at six on 92.1 KRLS.
