She’s endured injury, having her spring season last year ruined due to COVID-19, and other obstacles, but through it all Melcher-Dallas Cross Country Runner J’Lyn Knutson has persevered and will run in her 4th straight State Cross Country Meet this Saturday in Fort Dodge. Derek Cardwell talked with Knutson about her career and what she hopes for this weekend at the state meet on the Radio Sports Page Wednesday at 6:00pm on KNIA/KRLS.
