Funeral services for Angela Noel, age 53, of Oskaloosa will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa, who is in charge of arrangements. The service will be live streamed on their YouTube channel. Visitation will begin Monday at noon at the funeral home and the family will greet friends from 5-8 pm.
