The Indianola Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new pet grooming business Monday morning, Nikki’s Grooming Pawlor. Chamber President and CEO Brenda Easter tells KNIA News small businesses like this one fuel Indianola’s local economy, and she urges all local residents to support the local shops and services, as we will all be better for it. Easter also encourages all those shopping at locations in-person to wear a mask, because if there is an illness or case of COVID-19 for a small business, oftentimes they have to completely shut down for the duration.
