After snow and a burst of winter-like air dominated the end of October, record-breaking warmth is kicking off November.

According to the National Weather Service, the previous record for November 3rd in Marion County was 75 degrees, reported in 2016, and an afternoon high of 77 Tuesday broke the previous mark.

The weather will remain comfortable through Sunday, with highs in the low 70s and overnight lows in the mid 40s expected, with no precipitation in the forecast. Breezy winds up to 20 MPH are possible today and tomorrow, but no significant wind is expected.

Precipitation chances and cooler air return to the forecast early next week. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS for the latest weather information.
