The Melcher-Dallas Football Squad had four players make all-district this year from eight-man district six. On the second team was Ryan Krpan at wide receiver, and Cole Metz second team linebacker. Getting honorable mention was Lane Vanderlinden and Steven Krpan.
Ryan Krpan had 25 receptions for 517 yards and nine touchdowns, many of those receptions were from his twin brother Steven, who threw for 745 yards and eight touchdowns. Metz rushed for 186 yards and had 156 receiving yards. But his defense landed him on the all-district roster as he led the Saints with 77 tackles from his linebacker position. Vanderlinden was a dual purpose player throwing from 304 yards and seven touchdowns, he rushed for 460 yards and six touchdowns, and caught 13 passes for 173 yards and a score. Melcher-Dallas finished with a 3-5 record and opted out of the eight-man playoffs to instead play rival Twin Cedars and defeated the Sabers for a fourth straight season 46-0.
