There are two spots yet to be revealed on the KNIA/KRLS Marion County All-Decade football team.

In the first round of the state playoffs, Hunter Tyree of Pleasantville and Noah Treimer of Pella Christian were selected to the roster celebrating the best football players from the 2010-19 football seasons in Marion County.

Before PCM’s quarterfinals playoff win, Mustangs alum Wes Cummings and former Pella standout Avery Van Zee were featured for their contributions to state championship teams.

There are 24 of the 26 players on the KNIA/KRLS Marion County All-Decade Football Team now unveiled, with the final two featured — including the 2010s Player of the Decade, this Friday at 5 p.m. on KNIA/KRLS, as well as end-of-season awards for 2020 and a preview for PCM’s UNI Dome game this coming Saturday night against Waukon.
