Following Governor Reynolds’ Tuesday announcement of further COVID-19 restrictions, the Knoxville School District has released its guidelines on spectators at events.
Each student who is involved in an extracurricular event will receive a maximum of two tickets for spectators to attend. Students participating in events will designate who they would like to receive their two tickets, which will be put on a pass list. This pass list will be at the ticket gate, and spectators will check in upon arrival. Event workers will not receive tickets for spectators.
If the governor extends this proclamation, these guidelines will be in effect until the end date of the proclamation. Per the district’s Return to Activities Plan, all spectators will be required to wear masks. As always, 95.3 KNIA will air several of Knoxville’s varsity basketball games this winter.
