The Indianola City Council meets in regular and a special study session Monday. The council will consider the special election petition for mayor to fill a vacant unexpired term, hold public hearings on W 2nd Ave properties, a budget amendment, and consider requests for plat surveys. The council will also consider capital loan notes, an amendment on recycling fees, an alternative site plan for Vice Construction, approving the establishment of and transfer of funds to a Library EndowmentFund, and consider TIF debt certification. The council will also meet in a study session after the regular meeting concludes, receiving the library annual report, and reviewing the City of Indianola Trail Plan.
