The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday. They approved a resolution appointing a paying agent, note registrar and transfer agent, and a resolution approving and authorizing a form of loan agreement.

They held a public hearing on and approved a proposed zoning ordinance to rezone a parcel of land to Ag Residential in northwestern Marion County near Swan. They also passed an ordinance to allow the rezoning of the South River Estates Minor Subdivision Plat.

They took no action on appointments to the Pella Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment, and approved moving county services back to the courthouse beginning next week.

The next Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting will be December 8th at 9:00 a.m.

To facilitate the move, the following departments will be closed this December 2nd through 4th:
