Maggie Wilkins hit a lay up with two seconds remaining to give The Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad a 66-65 win over Van Meter in triple overtime last night. The Panthers trailed by 12 points in the second half before they went on a 17-2 run to get back in the game, and from there on neither team led by more than five points the rest of the way. Wilkins led the Panthers with 38, which was one off of the school record and tied the single game steals record with 11. Knoxville is now 2-0 on the season and will travel to Oskaloosa on Saturday in a game you can hear live on 95.3 KNIA at 3:30.
